Each bedroom has a King bed with a large sitting area, a writing desk, and a large flat screen Smart TV. Both rooms enjoy the great views of the river. The two bedrooms are connected through a bathroom. If one room is rented, you get your choice of one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, and the other bedroom will be locked and cannot be rented by someone else. If you rent both bedrooms, you have access to the full Hull suite. Each bedroom can accommodate up to two people.

Named after the current owners, the Wilsons. The Wilson Suite is located on the backside of "The Ledgestone Mansion" with a view of the courtyard. This room has a queen size bed, with a sitting area, writing desk, and a large flat screen Smart TV.

Named after the 1st owners, Margaret, Margee for short. First floor with a queen bed with a handicap accessible shower. This room has a window with a view of the wooded tree area between both mansions, called "The Greens". This room is located just off the kitchen with easy access to the Library, Living Room, Dining Room and Lounge.
