• Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.

• Check-out is 11:00 AM.

• Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM in seating slots. Please book your slot ahead of time.

• The Manor on Front is open all year round.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Alcohol not currently sold on premises. BYOB.

• Not suitable for children under the age of 12.

• Guest pets are not permitted.

• Handicap Accessible Room: The Margee Suite

• Accepted Payments: AMEX, VISA, Discover, Mastercard.

• Deposit amount of first night's stay is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 14 days prior to reservation date, minus a 5% handling fee. If cancellation is less than 14 days of reservation date, deposit is not refundable. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or "No Show" will forfeit deposit and will be charged for the total days reserved.

• We please ask that you do not bring any friends back to the manor during your stay in order to be courteous to our other guests, unless prior approval.

• Please Note: Professional photo shoots are not permitted without prior approval unless you are paying to use the space in order to be courteous to our other guests.
