The Chanel Suite has a bedroom with beautiful river views, queen bed, large flat screen TV, Hulu Live, and local channels. There is also a kitchenette and great room combination. The couch is a sleeper with a queen air mattress. The kitchen counter can seat four people.

The Jeanne is a queen suite and is appointed with a sitting area, a desk, and the TV is streamed. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower with a water rail system and a hand held sprayer. The Jeanne is located on the first floor of the Mary Sachs with a large window of the side street and a side view of the river.

The Valentina is a Queen Suite and is appointed with a sitting area, desk and the TV is streamed. The large bathroom has a makeup chair, a walk in shower with water rail and hand held sprayer.

The Schiaparelli is a King Suite and is appointed with a sitting area, desk and the TV is streamed. The large bathroom has a makeup chair, a walk in shower with water rail and hand held sprayer. This room is located on the first floor front of the house, next door to the lovely sunroom, and has a full view of the river.

The Grant is a Queen Suite on the second floor, and is appointed with a sitting area, desk and the TV is streamed. Near access to large common area with great lighting for working or relaxing. The large common area includes coffee station and microwave

The Bennington Suite is named after the the current owners. The Bennington is a second floor King Suite and is appointed with a sitting area, and the TV is streamed. The suite also has quick access to large common area with great lighting for working or relaxing Common area includes coffee station and microwave

This suite is the master suite of the mansion with two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a King bed with a large sitting area, a writing desk, and a large flat screen smart TV. Both rooms enjoy the great views of the river. The two bedrooms are connected through a bathroom. If one room is rented, you get your choice of one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, and the other bedroom will be locked and cannot be rented by someone else. If you rent both bedrooms, you have access to the full Hull Suite.

Named after the 3rd owners, The Purcells, this room is a large King suite. It is located in the back of the mansion, it is very private, and has a King bed. It also includes a sitting area and writing desk. This suite has views of the river, the "Greens" and the courtyard.

This suite has two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen bed with a sitting area, a writing desk and a large flat screen smart TV. Both rooms enjoy the great views of the river. The two bedrooms are connected through a bathroom. If one room is rented, you get your choice of one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, and the other bedroom will be locked and cannot be rented by someone else. If you rent both bedrooms, you have access to the full Richey Suite. Each bedroom can accommodate up to two people.

The Wilson Suite is located on the backside of "The Ledgestone Mansion" with a view of the courtyard. This room has a queen size bed, a sitting area, writing desk, and a large flat screen Smart TV.

This suite is on the first floor with a queen bed and a handicap accessible shower. This room has a window with a view of the wooded tree area between both mansions, called "The Greens". This room is located just off the kitchen with easy access to the Library, Living Room, Dining Room and Lounge.
